Four nights accommodation at the Timbers are provided (Thursday - Sunday nights).

If you can, please arrange to arrive on Thursday afternoon or evening and depart on Monday morning.

The Timbers has five cabins on site.

Alder cabin - Krisy, Pete, Liam, Kevin, Tonya, and Clint

Cedar cabin - Deirdre, Dayun, Christie, and Brian

Maple cabin - Ron, Linda, Ellen, and Alex

Birch cabin - Dan, Sally, Dean, Ann, Lukas, Julian, Nana, and Candice

Hemlock cabin - Jay, Linda, Racheal, Carly, Cyndy, and Carol
